Today, I discuss the importance of raising children to be good humans, not just good students. I emphasize the long-term goal of preparing kids for successful adulthood, focusing on cultivating a strong internal compass, the shortcomings of behaviorism, and why we should focus instead on a child's relationships to self, peers, and broader community.
